A native of São Paulo, Brazil, Patricia R. Praca has lived in Miami for
over 40 years, and in Coral Gables since 1999. Patricia has
experienced first-hand this community's tremendous growth and

transformation from a sleepy beach town into a thriving multicultural

Having earned her college degree in international relations and
history, she began her career working in non-real estate related
sales, marketing and customer service, gaining important skills that
she utilizes today to help her real estate clients. Since earning her
real estate license in 2011, she has focused primarily in representing
buyers, sellers and renters in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and
Brickell, South Miami and Pinecrest. However, she has never been
unwilling to criss-cross Miami-Dade County to service her clients.

Soon after joining Coldwell Banker in 2023, Patricia not only earned
her Luxury Agent Specialist designation but ranked #12 for Individual
Total Gross Commission in Coldwell Banker's Top 25 Agents,
Southeast Florida.
